Future Options is a hands-on advisory practice supporting growing businesses across finance, operations, and strategy.
We work with a small number of companies at a time, often stepping in where the business has grown beyond its existing financial or operational structure, but isn't ready or doesn't need to build out a full executive team.

Founder & Operator Experience
Future Options was founded by Chris Smith, a founder and operator with experience building, scaling, and advising consumer businesses.
Over the course of his career, Chris has worked across finance, operations, product, go-to-market, capital, systems, and growth. He has experienced many of the same challenges his clients are navigating today from the other side of the table.
That experience shapes the way Future Options approaches the work: understand the numbers, understand the operation behind them, and focus on what actually needs to happen next.
